A discerning woman approached me seeking a revision of her previous breast augmentation and mastopexy. Her concerns included overly large implants, incorrect implant positioning, and areolar asymmetry which had been performed by another doctor. This was indeed a complex case, a challenge that I gladly embraced here in Toledo.

The solution wasn't straightforward, but my approach involved the combination of my extensive experience backed by my proven record. Guided by both our collaborative decisions, I proceeded to conduct a revision breast augmentation and mastopexy. The procedure included incorporating Galaflex for added support while adjusting the size of the implants to 195cc, better suited to her body structure and aesthetic desires.

Significant transformation was observed in her post-procedure phase, resulting in her breasts appearing more symmetric and contoured, ultimately achieving a natural aesthetic. The outcome was both satisfying to my patient and gratifying to me, reminding me of why I chose this path.
