This 36 year old female had a history of breast asymmetry, she then had a breast augmentation and a mastopexy done elsewhere. She had complaints of implants that were too big, breasts that were too different, breasts that were too lateral standing or out to the side. The plan was to downsize her implants to a wider, softer implant with less projection. Dr. Colville revised her mastopexy on the left more than the right. Her implant malposition (lateral) was corrected with a capsulorrhaphy using Galaflex mesh. This also improved the relationship or position of her nipple to her breast mound. The photos taken demonstrate her in the standing and supine position with improved implant position.
