Beautiful Results

Procedures

Anti‐Wrinkle Injectables

BOTOX, Dysport® and XEOMIN® all work by temporarily relaxing muscles that are associated with wrinkles. When you squint or frown, the muscles between your brows contract, causing the skin to furrow and fold. Worry lines and other forehead wrinkles appear smoother when a skilled provider injects these treatments into specific areas.

Dermal Fillers

Dr. Colville offers a range of aesthetic fillers to restore age‐related volume loss, creating a smoother, more youthful appearance. These fillers include the JUVÉDERM® and Restylane® product lines, including injectable gels designed specifically for lip augmentation. Dr. Colville can help you choose the filler or fillers that are best‐suited for your concerns.

KYBELLA^®

KYBELLA is the first and only non‐surgical treatment approved by the FDA to reduce submental fat, the localized fat under the chin responsible for the appearance of a double chin. Nicknamed the “double chin injection,” KYBELLA treatments involve several shots per treatment session. A non‐surgical alternative to neck liposuction, KYBELLA works by using deoxycholic acid, a chemical naturally produced by the body to assist in processing dietary fat. When it’s injected, KYBELLA destroys fat cells under the chin. CoolSculpting® with the CoolMini™ applicator is another non‐surgical option for treating a double chin.

Most patients get the desired results after 2 to 4 treatments, but up to 6 treatment sessions are possible. Because the fat cells are destroyed, the treatment is considered permanent, and additional injections aren’t required. The recovery period is brief, with swelling, bruising, and redness diminishing within a couple of days of the procedure.

Ultherapy^®

Ultherapy counteracts the effects of gravity and aging by using ultrasound energy to stimulate the production of collagen. It is the only non‐invasive treatment cleared by the FDA to lift and tighten skin on the face, neck, and chest.

Chemical Peels

A chemical peel is a skin resurfacing procedure used to treat wrinkles and scars by removing the top layers of skin using a chemical solution. The depth and duration of the peel can be adjusted to achieve the results desired. Light, medium, and deep peels are used for various skin conditions. The recovery times also vary, depending on the peel’s intensity.

Lip Augmentation

Dr. Colville can give you plump, youthful‐looking lips with dermal fillers or fat injections. Fat transfer uses liposuction to remove the fatty tissue from your abdomen, thighs, or buttocks. The fat is then processed and re‐injected into your lips for a natural volume enhancement.

Permanent Makeup

Tiny needles are used to rapidly puncture the skin and embed an organic pigment to add color permanently where desired. The procedure is often used to highlight and define eyes, resembling eyeliner, and enhance eyebrows and lips.

CoolSculpting^®

For active men and women who exercise regularly and watch what they eat, stubborn areas of fat can be frustrating. ThermiSmooth®

This nonsurgical skin tightening treatment uses radiofrequency (RF) energy to stimulate the production of new collagen and create smoother, more youthful looking skin. During the procedure, the provider glides a small hand piece over the treatment area — typically the face and around the eyes — delivering controlled RF energy to the skin’s deeper layers. A series of treatment sessions produces the best results, which emerge gradually over several months.

ThermiVa®

ThermiVa is a safe, nonsurgical vaginal rejuvenation procedure that provides women an alternative to surgical procedures. Using radiofrequency energy, ThermiVa gently heats vaginal tissue, triggering the creation of new collagen that rejuvenates internal and external  tissue and improves the appearance of external laxity.

ThermiVa is also ideal for women after childbirth or menopause who want to:

ThermiTight®

ThermiTight® uses RF energy to increase energy and tighten skin. This is perfect for a patient that is not yet ready for a facelift or tummy tuck but wants to deal with loose skin. The number one treated area is the neck and jowl. The abdomen and breasts are larger areas that can also be treated with ThermiTight®. The energy is delivered under the skin by a thin probe that passes through a small needle puncture, there are no stitches needed. Dr. Colville moves the electrode under the areas of concern. This controlled thermal energy creates tightened skin over the ensuing 6 months. Only one treatment per area is required.

Laser Hair Removal

Unwanted hair can be removed using laser energy. It’s most effective for people who have light skin and dark hair because the laser beam targets the pigment (melanin) in the hair. Advances in technology have made laser hair removal an option for people who have darker skin.

• Treatment areas: Laser hair removal is safe for use just about anywhere you have unwanted hair. Common treatment areas include the upper lip, underarms, forearms, shoulders, back, bikini area, and legs.
• Number of sessions: Because hair grows in phases, multiple treatments are needed for optimal results. Most patients need 4 to 6 treatments each spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart. The actual number of sessions needed depends on the treatment area, density of hair, and other factors. Additional maintenance treatments can be done as needed.
• Results: Laser hair removal results are long lasting. Hair that grows back is usually less noticeable because it is finer, lighter in color, and less dense that it was before laser treatments.
