In order to resolve her dissatisfaction, I performed a secondary breast augmentation. This procedure entailed removing her previous 550cc implants and replacing them. The right side received a 457cc silicone gel implant, while the left side received a slightly smaller 397cc silicone gel implant. This careful and tailored approach brought a balance she had lacked, giving the patient a more natural, individualized result.
