At the age of 24, this patient underwent her first breast augmentation, having saline implants placed by another surgeon. For 15 years, she lived with a dissatisfaction she couldn't ignore. She felt that her implants sat too far laterally on her chest and more than anything, she wanted a larger size. She made the decisive choice to seek a consult for an implant revision in Toledo.

I was able to offer her the satisfaction she had initially sought but not found 15 years ago. Together, we decided on a secondary breast augmentation. This was achieved through the use of galaflex to give her breasts added support and replacing her saline implants with a fuller 345cc soft touch gel implant. The patient was genuinely pleased with the results — they were visibly more centralized on her chest, providing her the look and feel she had desired all this time.
