Implant Revision Case 472
Before & After
Case Details
This 53-year-old patient had a breast augmentation by another plastic surgeon 14 years prior to seeing Dr. Colville. Her complaint with her implants was that they were "too droopy", when she would lay down her breasts would fall too far to the side and when she would raise her arms, she would develop a "double bubble". Dr. Colville explained that her concerns were caused by too large of implants (550cc) being used in the initial surgery and this had created malpositioning of the implants.
Dr. Colville performed a secondary breast augmentation with soft touch gel implants (360cc) and a standard mastopexy. Dr. Colville also used GalaFlex to add extra support to her breast fold.
