Working Out After Breast Augmentation
One of the most common questions Dr. Colville receives during a breast augmentation consult as his Toledo practice is, “How soon can I begin working out after my procedure?” You may be surprised! Dr. Colville has implemented several techniques that reduce tissue trauma to minimize post-operative pain and recovery. These surgical techniques allow for rapid recovery, making them a major benefit to his breast augmentation patients.
You can expect to be back to lifting light weights within 3 to 4 weeks and doing push-ups within 2 months! In the meantime we encourage light activity such as raising your arms over your head and washing and styling your hair the same day of the procedure.

No More Double, Chinny, Chin, Chin
CoolSculpting® continues to be one of the most requested nonsurgical treatments at our Toledo practice. When this revolutionary fat freezing treatment hit the market back in 2010, we were the first in the area to offer it. At that time it was approved by the FDA to treat the flanks (aka love handles) and to contour the stomach without surgery.
Fast-forward to 2016 and the procedure is now approved by the FDA to reduce the fat under the chin and contour the neck. You’ll see results after only 1 or 2 visits and the treatment requires no needles, surgery, or downtime.
If you’re ready to find out if you’re a candidate, request a consultation. We can’t wait to see you!
