Complex Case 538
Before & After
Case Details
Understanding how challenging complex cases in Toledo can be, a 29 year old female approached me with concerns about her previous breast augmentation. She was noticeably troubled. Her self-esteem was impacted by the asymmetrical appearance of her implants, such as her right breast sitting higher than her left, and an unnaturally formed crease underneath her right breast. She was in search of a provider who could correct these issues while delivering a pleasing aesthetic result.
After a thorough consultation at my Toledo, Ohio office, I recommended a secondary breast augmentation coupled with a mastopexy, or breast lift, to address her concerns and achieve her desired look. My tailored surgical plan involved using GalaFlex for additional breast support, coordinating with an SSM295cc implant for her left breast and an SSF415cc implant for her right side. These detailed adjustments aimed to balance the overall contour and shape of her breasts, correcting the off-center alignment she had previously experienced.
The procedure turned out a success, with the patient expressing satisfaction over her transformed appearance. Her breasts have a more naturally symmetrical look and the bothersome crease has been smoothed out. For complex cases in Toledo like this one, my wide-ranging experience in breast augmentation and my dedication to delivering patient-centered care play a crucial role in meeting the patient's desired outcomes. As a Board-certified surgeon by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a member of The Aesthetic Society, and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, my goal is to prioritize personalized treatment plans that help restore not only the aesthetic balance but also the self-confidence of my patients.
