Breast Reduction Case 615

The above patient came to me with concerns about breast laxity and the size of her nipples. To address both, I performed a bilateral breast reduction with a mastopexy and a bilateral nipple reduction.

The before photos show significant ptosis, with the breasts sitting low on the chest wall and the nipple-areolar complex positioned well below the breast mound. Breast volume was substantial, contributing to the downward displacement. In the after photos, the breasts sit higher on the chest, with the nipple-areolar complex repositioned closer to the center of the breast mound. The nipples appear visibly reduced in size compared to the before state.

For anyone considering breast reduction in Toledo, this case illustrates how a combined reduction and lift can address both excess breast volume and nipple size within a single procedure. The lateral and profile views also show a meaningful change in breast projection and contour relative to the chest wall.
