Breast Lift Case 346

After experiencing the physical changes associated with having three children, a 31-year-old patient decided on a breast lift. She shared her aspirations with me - she wanted to regain the youthful contour of her breasts, and most importantly, she wanted to be able to wear a dress without a bra. After discussing several options, we decided, together, on a mastopexy, or breast lift procedure to achieve these goals.

Through the mastopexy technique, the breasts are raised, reshaped and, if needed, the areolae are reduced to a more youthful diameter. The patient was thrilled with the results, and she mentioned that they greatly exceeded her expectations. This was allowed her to wear her preferred clothing with confidence and without the need for supportive undergarments.

As a board-certified surgeon by the American Board of Plastic Surgery since 1992, I find it deeply rewarding to help patients like her feel more comfortable with their bodies.
