This patient came to see me after several prior breast surgeries performed elsewhere. She wanted to address her concerns about the appearance and feel of her previous implants. Her main goal was to downsize to smaller implants while achieving a more balanced look and feel for her breasts. Her procedure included the removal and deflation of her previous saline implants and a capsulectomy to address residual scar tissue. I proceeded with a standard mastopexy, which lifts and reshapes the breast, and introduced new, smaller Allergan SSLP implants: 205cc on the left and 190cc on the right. To provide additional long-term support, I used a GalaFlex scaffold during surgery. Recovery was straightforward, and her results show improved breast symmetry and positioning.
