Breast Lift with Implants Case 390

This patient had a previous breast surgery done elsewhere. After losing a substantial amount of weight she decided to seek help from Dr. Colville. Dr. Colville found that she had grade IV capsular contracture. Dr. Colville perfomed a capsulectomy and implant removal for the contracture as well as a secondary submuscular augmentation using Allergan Natrelle Style SSM 330cc implants. Dr. Colville was able to stabilize and recreate her inframammory folds using Galaflex Scaffold and performed a mastopexy giving her the refreshed look that she had wanted.
