Walking into my office, she was a vibrant 25-year-old woman seeking help with her breast asymmetries. These differences were not just a matter of aesthetics for her. After a detailed examination, I decided that to efficiently meet her goals, a bilateral mastopexy, left breast reduction, and breast augmentation would be the most appropriate procedure. Despite the complexity of the case, I reminded myself that I was located within the heart of complex cases in Toledo and was confident in my approach.

The technique I chose for this case entailed a delicate balance of reduction and augmentation. The first step involved the bilateral mastopexy, a procedure known as a breast lift. Following this, I proceeded with the left breast reduction, using GalaForm 3D for added support. Next, I augmented the size of her breasts. To do this, I used Allergan Natrelle style implants - an SSM 330cc for the right breast and an SSM 195cc for the left one. The results were transformative. Her breasts were symmetrical and proportionate, contributing to her overall self-confidence and creating the look she desired.
