Not long ago, a 38-year-old patient came into my office. Her motivation for breast augmentation largely revolved around the fondness she had for the way her body looked when she was nursing and could wear a C cup bra; however, following the end of that period, her breasts reduced to an A cup, something she wasn't happy about.
